Changing or Canceling An Order

Need to make a change to your order or cancel it? You can request changes (such as updating items, address, or payment method) or cancellation via email only. Our customer service team will respond to your request within one business day.

Please note, only orders in the "Pending" or "Payment Verification" status can be modified or canceled. Once the order moves to a different status, it can no longer be altered or canceled.

In some cases, order cancellations may incur a 5% bank charge depending on the payment method used. This fee is because payment gateway providers charge their fees even if the order is canceled and refunded.

Due to the nature of our products and our strict quality policy, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns without a valid reason.

Kiwistronics reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.
GST Invoices
"We send a GST invoice to every customer once the order is placed. If the customer has valid GST details (in case the customer belongs to an organization with a GST number), they can mention it while placing an order on Kiwistronics. However, if you want any alterations to be made to the GST invoice received from Kiwistronics, please submit a ticket with the following details:

Alterations to be made in the invoice.
Once we receive your ticket, we will provide you with the updated invoice.
Please note, we will not be able to provide the GST invoice if the request is made in a month other than the one in which the order was placed. For example, if an order is placed on 18th February 2021 and the customer raises a request for an invoice on 5th March 2021, we won’t be able to assist, as the tax filing for February would have been completed by the end of February.
It is recommended that customers raise the invoice request immediately after placing the order."

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments for most major pincodes across India.

The minimum order amount for COD is ₹100 (excluding taxes and shipping charges).
COD orders below this amount will not be processed and will be automatically cancelled. -
If a previous COD order is undelivered or returned, we will not accept further COD orders from that customer.

There is no additional charge for placing a COD order.

If COD is unavailable for your location, we will notify you via phone or email, and the order status will be updated accordingly.
