Shipping Policy

To ensure your order reaches you quickly and in perfect condition, we ship only through reputable courier agencies.

We make every effort to ship your order on the same day it is placed. In fact, 99% of our orders are shipped within 24 hours.

We aim to dispatch all orders received by 12:00 AM IST on the same day.
Shipping is done on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped on Monday. -
Occasionally, due to technical or stock-related issues (e.g., product specifications or limited availability), we may only be able to fulfill your order partially. In such rare cases, we will inform you before dispatching the order.

If we are unable to deliver your package through our standard courier partners, we will send it via India Post.

To track your shipment, you can either use the ‘Track Your Order’ section on our website or follow the tracking link sent to your email upon dispatch.

All packages are shipped with a printed invoice, including prices as per Indian tax regulations.

We use only reliable and well-known courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Professional, DTDC, and others.
Return & Refund Policy
If you receive a damaged product or find the packaging tampered with, please refuse delivery and immediately contact our Customer Care, mentioning your order reference number. We will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
To report issues like shipping damage, item mismatch, or missing parts, you have 3 days from the date of delivery. Please log in to your account, go to your order, and select ‘Request Refund’. Our team will verify the details and arrange a return. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will send a replacement at no additional shipping cost.
If a replacement is not possible due to lack of stock, we will issue a 100% refund.
Important:
No returns or refunds will be accepted if the product has been:
Misused
Soldered or altered
Damaged due to static discharge, neglect, or improper handling
Returns are only accepted for unused items in original condition. We do not support cancellations or returns without valid reasons. All requests are subject to approval.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval and will be credited to the original payment method.
Partial or No Refunds Apply If:

Items are returned after 3 days of delivery

Items are damaged or incomplete for reasons not due to our error

Return shipping costs apply unless the error is on our part

Gift cards are non-refundable

Prepaid orders not accepted or returned by the customer will have shipping and return fees deducted
If your product isn’t working, provide testing proof for evaluation. No claims will be accepted without it.
Note: We are not responsible for improper installation. Please ensure correct electrical polarity during use.
Cash On Delivery (COD) Policy

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments for most major pincodes across India.

The minimum order amount for COD is ₹100 (excluding taxes and shipping charges).
COD orders below this amount will not be processed and will be automatically cancelled. -
If a previous COD order is undelivered or returned, we will not accept further COD orders from that customer.

There is no additional charge for placing a COD order.

If COD is unavailable for your location, we will notify you via phone or email, and the order status will be updated accordingly.
