The Vibration Sensor Module Alarm Motion Sensor Module (SW-420) is based on the SW-420 vibration sensor and the LM393 comparator. It detects vibrations that exceed a preset threshold, which can be adjusted via an onboard potentiometer.
When there is no vibration, the module outputs a LOW logic signal, and the LED indicator lights up. When a vibration occurs, the switch momentarily disconnects, causing the output to go HIGH, and the green LED turns off.
The output of this module can be connected to a microcontroller to detect high and low levels, allowing it to monitor environmental vibrations and trigger an alarm when necessary.
Note:
Do not reverse the power connections, as this could damage the chip.
The Signal LED is ON for a LOW output, and OFF for a HIGH output.
The output level is close to the input voltage.
